With Princess Young Heart being the closest in age (if you don't combine the comprised ponies or alicorn years) it would fall to her (or now him) to help to comfort little Tammy (Tommy) and reassure her that worse things have happened. Sure sister Tashie and Candy can ease the little yellow alicorn a little, but really youngsters are much more inclined to be convinced and reassured by ponies their own age. The young princess (now prince) will be sure to have a story to tell about how she nearly doomed Equestria a dozen times just for having a little curiosity both before and after the fusion and the fact she has nearly given her parents many a heart attack with her antics. A story that probably doesn't get told is what a young mind and body does with all that alicorn magic and power when they first acquire it…

As for Young Heart though Scootaloo and Apple Bloom were quite the little tomboys anyway so they are probably feeling right at home with this body whilst Dinky and Sweetie are mos likely in slight panic since they take the reigns in all this girly teenage stuff like manecare, fashion and might i add the occasional young colt…
