While Sincere Scholar is more an educator than a romance advisor, the mare still knows a thing or two about how to swoon somepony over into a relationship with them. Luckily Heartstrong Flare was there to ask for her help in figuring out a manner in which to approach Mythic Majestic at some point down the line as well as gain some knowledge about her in the meantime. Such juicy gossip and conversation had peeved the interests of Sincere and her component mares (Cheerilee, Spitfire, Trixie, Ms. Harchwhinny) were all the more eager to hear and help out this stallion in his relationship goals since they were also friends too. Though for starters he should probably stop holding her hoof so akwardly if he wants to improve his appeal and behavior.
