Instant Care will often scold RT because she doesn't take her health seriously. Not one to see a doctor for what she thinks is only a minute problem, but the smexi nurse reminds her she needs to start looking after herself for there is a difference between being a hypochondriac and being neglectful of one's body.

This time she is visiting the nurse because of a dull pain in her rear. with such padding the rainbow horse is certain that she couldn't have banged it without knowing, though those doorways do seem to be getting more and more narrow these days… so I guess it is possible.

Instant is so kind and attentive, she knows that RT is conscious about her body image and that she has a real fear of going to the doctors, so she always tries to get her to talk about other things whilst she is there to make her feel at ease.
