Princess Cadence, being a trans girl herself, assured Shiny that everything would be fine for him- and surprise surprise, the Sparkle family welcomed their son with hugs and kisses and Night Light's eager babbling that he finally had somepony to go fishing with, despite he and Shining having already been fishing buddies for years

That is 100% my type c'mon Shiny let's get all up in that and so they all get tangled up in each other for a while
