(This isn't the Apocolyapse but instead, my timeline of various crossovers. Equestria has shaped into the way life is on Earth and one of them is, constant wars, from two cults fighting each other to the death, to creatures fighting wars with the Equestria military, to cities across the world getting nuked by nuclear bombs. So yeah, harmony is long gone and the ponies are trying to go by in life. And in the background, is Trottingham and it got nuked 25 years earlier so it's eroded and long since abandoned)

The young ninjas were called out to fight in the radiation ghost town, "Trottingham" where upon going there, they find a group of ponies and creatures alike, who call themselves, "Hydra", were smuggling Mutagen from another dimension and hoping to study it. But, the young ninjas weren't going to allow this to happen and an ambush occurs, fighting the bad guys left to right and taking the mutagen so that they could put it back. But it wasn't an easy fight however and everyone gets nearly defeated, but that was, until Casey unleased his hocky puck bombs and causes the building to collapse, a majority of the creatures were able to escape, but a couple of them get squashed by the concrete and the Ninja Six were able to escape too. Bombing the building meant the destroying of the lab equipment and etc. But all while, Donnie and April possessed the mutagen Canisters so no one mutated today.

After the fight, they all hug Casey for defeating Hydra and he's unsure about the hugs. And with his cocky nature, he's going to of course deny that he'll do teamwork and that he doesn't himself, but he always help with the others to fight bad guys off. So that there is why Casey has a surprised look.
