This is quite different from my usual work, i used completely different shading. It was a bit of a "one layer" challenge for me, although I definitely used lots of masks. :3

If you been watching my art for a long time you've seen that I used to actually paint like this all the time… then my style evolved to use more outlines and crisp shading.

Needless to say, I missed airbrushing and blending the way I used to I just decided to use both styles. I'll be doing a lot of soft shaded painterly kinda art like this but still doing my regular toon style.

I love FlutterBat, she just ticks all the boxes for a goth who loves cute things. Soooo fucking adorable.
