I wanted to put something together to show what I've been working on for my next chapter, as well as some of the editing steps each character usually gets before finishing each picture. In this case, you can get a quick idea of how poorly delivered the original AI render of Spitfire started off. For story purposes, I needed her to be in her flight suit/uniform, but with one sleeve removed. Also, her wings need to be damaged, and for some reason, perchance doesn't seem to understand those instructions, so I have to create a new set of wings and create the effect of them being damaged.

There is still more work to be done. Minor edits on her, other character(s), the background, foreground, lighting, tone adjustments… We'll see how much extra I want to put into this one. Otherwise, I'll be using this image to share with others for a blog in an update.
