Request: Lower minimum "Images per page" value

Currently, you can't have fewer than fifteen images per page (in the Display settings). Several months ago on Derpibooru, I requested that it be lowered to 12 or lower (12 is the best for the monitor I usually browse these sites on).

Byte[] then lowered the minimum to 1:

Could this change be implemented here too?

Hey, we're currently in the process of rewriting some of the underlying code, but backporting features from Philo has been added to the roadmap. The devs are aware and are listening!
