It's time for some Twilight time. Ever since I saw this scene from "No second prances" I wanted to make something of it. My real cutlery wouldn't serve the purpose though and even if it had been sufficiently formable (and if I had been ready to ruin my cutlery for it) it would have been way too large compared to the origami figure to look good.
My recent work on the furniture for the Carousel Crusade gave me some newfound appreciation for tin foil as a material to work with and sure enough it turned out to be suitable to create some royal cutlery which in turn could be turned into a cutlery Trixie. For cutlery Trixie's coat I used a piece of handkerchief dipped into a solution of water and wood glue which I left to dry over a frame to give it the form I intended for it.
I hope the scene gives you some ideas for stories, for example why is it that Twilight is so small? Did she magically shrink herself? Or was that Trixie's work? Or did she experiment with poison joke which (realizing that Twilight was trying to scientifically study it) went Applejack on her rather than being consistent in its effects? And did the magically transformed cutlery remain mere cutlery or is Twilight dealing with the greater problem here?
I made two other images which I am going to post in a collage.
