Ooc: This be my fiancés oc Techno Wing and his female counterpart Techna wing

I’ll keep his history brief. Techno is a pegasi who came to the weather factory as a foal whom had an idea to make more rainbows quicker and would reduce the number of pegasi in cloudsdale so there wouldn’t be any problem of overcrowding. This would lead him go on to become the creator of the pegasus device and founder of the rainbow factory, this being the cause of all his scars and missing limbs.
