Edit: okay so I was thinking of the wrong disease xD it was chicken pox I meant but thought of measles because of the red dots.This was my first thought when I saw the scene in the hospital. I don't think vaccinations exist in Equestria and I'm thinking that Horsey Hives are the same as measles so very contagious to children and even adults if they haven't had them yet.Seems that will be the last time Twilight can babysit without doing research first xD For being a smart pony, she don't have much knowledge about foals.
