Basically, Tootsie Flute had a crush on Truffle Shuffle, who had a crush on Twist. Tootsie was going to confess to Truffle on Hearts and Hooves Day, but then he gave a card to Twist and yeah….
Twist noticed Tootsie was sad and felt really bad, so she tried to comfort her. They then became great friends because of that. They started to have feelings for eachother during their teen years, and started dating at another Hearts and Hooves Day.
