This is the Record Keeper, Willhelmina [haha get it, will?], Will, Willy, or Mina, whatever.
She keeps records of all the dead ponies that come through the funeral home. She’s pretty bad at communicating her sympathies. People don’t really like having her around when they mourn, they think she’s pretty cold. Her special talents are keeping records and finance? I don’t know. I guess this is an OC now that she has a name.
