However, it's arguably more insulting, as it really doesn't seem as if the creators respect people's time. It's an example of lazy writing, copy-pasting plots, changing a few details such as character names, and then calling it a day. And the worst part is, it's not even the last Equestria Girls film they're going to make – there is another one in development right now, ready to gobble up the valuable internet data of people who claim to be fans but have likely just succumbed to some sort of dark Equestrian spell.
