something i've been thinking about for a while & figured the time seemed appropriate with the premier of S8 beginning this weekend. although when doing this, i've been a little confuse about that thing around Rarara's neck & whether i should draw it under the collar because it just looked like it should've been. anyway, i was just going by what i saw from the few screencaps that had her in this dress.
i may draw her in this outfit again (& maybe have the thing around her neck under the collar next time).
