It's a tribute to the comic: The Amazonian Effect (1 and 2).
When I saw the scene of angry Sunset Shimmer in the special "Rollercoaster of frienship", it reminded me of that comic.
I was going to put dialogue, but I preferred to leave it to the imagination.
