I saw the promo for the Equestria Girls "The Other Side" special, and in it Sci-Twi, Human Rainbow Dash, and Sunset Shimmer go to Equestria and are transformed into ponies. And by the way, the pony in the above picture looks like Unicorn Originally-From-Equestria Twilight with glasses because that is how she looks in the promo. And the human in the picture is just Princess Twilight after having gone through the portal and is now a human.
