Male and female kirin are sexually dimorphic in four ways:
(1) Eyelashes
(2) Eyeshadow
(3) Whether their mane curls under their ears
(4) Whether their "horn arrows" point in opposite directions

By "horn arrows in opposite directions", we mean like this:


Note that if a kirin horn has an "extra ridge", the pattern can extend up it, so the silver-and-gold kirin on the left still has horn arrows in the same direction:
