When I watched the MLP Christmas special, Best Gift Ever, the reindeer, or the Gift Givers, looked very familiar to me from the start. And I realized that the three of them have similar designs and color schemes of three other ponies. Aurora looks a bit similar to Granny Smith, Bori looks almost like Mrs. Cake with the colors and face, and Alice has the same colors, size and look of Sandbar.

Though even without comparing them, I still can't look at them in a different light and it's just weird that the makers went this way, despite that everything else with them is good.
