Sometimes it's not about the extravagance.
Sometimes it's not about the parties.
Sometimes it's not about the number of items.
Sometimes it's not about the wealth spent or accumulated.

Sometimes it's about sharing love and joy with a friend.

So after the major production that was last year's Christmas picture, this time I opted for something a bit more simple which still captured the holiday spirit.

I can totally see Tempest Shadow living by herself in some nondescript cabin in the Everfree. And I can totally buy someone like Kirby, fresh off of saving the Universe, taking some time to stop by and spend Hearth's Warming with her, because that's just who he is.

Because ultimately the quality or quantity of the gifts isn't important. What is important is the love and caring that goes into them.

Have a Merry Christmas (or Winter holiday of your choice) and a Happy New Year.
