For those who don't get it:

this is how that specific scene went down in the Riseverse.

In the Riseverse, it was Yukina Morisato (aka "Human" Sunset Shimmer, aka the daughter of Belldandy and Keiichi Morisato) who built the Iron Spider suit, and it was her who mentored Peter Parker.

The Civil War didn't happen in the Riseverse. Or at least, not the one portrayed in "Captain America: Civil War". The Civil War that happened in the Riseverse was a lot closer to the comics version (no Bucky, no Zemo, no Ross, Maria Hill was the main antagonist, it lasted for well over a year and a half, more heroes were involved).
