Rarity in one of her "Femme Mystique" outfits from "Rarity Investigates".
This one was a pain, as always, Rarity's mane is a nightmare, and the lightening effects don't make things easier either.
In this SVG, both color and lightening effects are toggled on by default, you can turn off color and/or lightening by enabling / disabling the respective layers in Inkscape.
