Rainbow Dash has been practicing endlessly for the Battle of the Bands, knowing how it was originally a music showcase for the students. She had a band ready to go called the Rainbooms, but hasn't quite got the idea of working alongside said band of hers. Consisting of her friends, the members of the Rainbooms saw Rainbow Dash as just performing for the spotlight, shoving her guitar skills in other's faces and seeing herself as the one that's making the band popular. Sadly, Rainbow Dash found these concerns as small pet peeves and stays after school to practice some more. She thought that she was the only one in the gym/auditorium, but didn't know of her rivals and mythical sirens, the Dazzlings, watching her. They have been aware of the Rainboom's ability to resist their entrancing singing, believing they have Equestrian magic within them, however, thinking it's only when they together, the Dazzlinga thinks it's best to at least mind control them one at a time to feed off their negative energy (The green gas (Personally, I'm going with "souls" because that makes the situation more creepier)). Just when Rainbow stops playing to pack up everything for the day, she hears faint, but beautiful vocals gradually getting louder and closer. Realizing exactly who it was from, Rainbow tries to plug her guitar into the speaker in hopes of playing loudly to overcome the Dazzling's singing, but was too late as her eyes glowed green. The Dazzlings surround the colorful haired girl as Adagio Dazzle massages her shoulders and soothingly gives commands. Adagio tells Rainbow to quit the Battle of the Bands, leaving the Rainbooms on their own, eventually getting upset with her, providing enough energy/souls for the sirens. Rainbow complies with the siren's demands and puts away her guitar in its case, takes her other stuff and walks away, leaving the guitar case on stage. The Dazzlings chuckle and giggle as they wait for the inevitable the next day as the Rainbooms will not be able to participate in the Battle anymore.

I am fully aware of how big and weird Rainbow's eyes are. If you're familiar with Equestria Girl facial expressions, then you could tell the Rainbow Dash image used was from the 'Guitar Centered' short when she saw the red guitar displayed. Her eyes got big and shined as the guitar reflected on them. I was originally going to make a Kaa/Rainbow Dash post, but found an image of Adagio Dazzle invading personal space (as usual Adagio thinking Jontron Echmote — BAD TOUCH BAD TOUCH) and thought the two would go together nicely. Just had to make a quick fix on the eyes.
