The instance in the show that this comes from is one of the most commonly-used images of Mr. Neon Lights, but I can't say I saw any vectors of him from it that I felt befit my snootily-high standards or what I feel today's standards should be, at least with the rest of his legs added. Most of the existing ones seem to date back to around the airdate of this episode, and it was pretty long ago. Too when I saw avatars or profile pictures of him from that part of the show, it's usually a cropped screencap rather than a vector of him, so, I thought I'd contribute something like this just so that he has a good-quality vector from this scene that fits more to today's standards for whatever people wanna use it for.
