Well, someone had to do it. It probably would have turned out much better if that someone wasn't me (given that I lack any real graphic design skills), but oh well. Hopefully some people will get a kick out of this.
I reduced the image size to 50% of the original so the text in the book would look a little less terrible. I hope that doesn't bother anyone.
