She's not sure what she has to tell us. Maybe she has some news that might not be so interesting or they might shock us. Maybe she wants to tell us of a problem she's dealing with, and she doesn't want to inconvienence anypony. Or maybe there's a certain pony she wants to ask out on a date or a special occasion, and she's too nervous to ask.
Whatever it is there is no denying that she is just too adorable to ignore.
