Well, considering the episode "Between Dark And Dawn", for some reason Celestia seems to be afraid of chickens specifically.
She isn't scared of giant tortoises, bugbears, sharks, giant sarlacc-sandworm-cave-monsters, dragons or any other scary creature in Equestria.
Not to mention all those villains, that don't even make her sweat!
But chickens…
…there must be some traumatic experience behind it XD

Seriously, having such an irrational phobia makes her cuter :D
