These kind of scenes are not enough to say it's 'totally canon'. Angel's 'joke' about marriage (She talks to Angel) would be a true evidence of shipping, but maybe Angel is the kind of friend who ships you with your closest friend, nobody knows.
I can't see Fluttershy living at Discord's house, I can't see a wedding, and I can't see their child just because nothing of this happened (SO FAR, this would be possible at the IDW, or if the writters tell it's canon).

BTW, for those bronies who think Discord stole their Waifu, and even if Fluttercord becomes on canon, I have only one word: Headcanon.
