“I cannot believe the plan worked!”, shouted Starlight Glimmer in excitement at her old teacher and friend, Princess Twilight Sparkle, who was calmly sipping a cup of hot cocoa. “It was almost like–”

“I knew how she was going to act?” The fully grown alicorn Princess interrupted, putting down her cup on the table/map.

“Yes,” the unicorn replied with a nod.

“Yes, it was almost…” Twilight started as she reached towards her old student, and then, while booping, finished, ”…I was exactly like her.”

Starlight Glimmer giggled and said, “Good point.”

At that point, Starlight’s now husband, Sunburst, interjected, “So, should we start making a plan for her to make friends?”, prompting an indignant “Sunburst!” from his wife.

But before that discussion could go any further, Twilight Sparkle spoke firmly but gently, “No Sunburst,” then continued, “The time for us to meddle in Luster’s affairs has ended. Now is up to her to make new friends freely and on her own way, like Starlight before her, and me before Starlight.” She then cleared her throat and raised her cup again with her magic and added in a very jovial way, “Also, I think you two should stop acting like your parents, before this map here sends Luster Dawn in a very particular kind of friendship mission~”

That left the unicorn couple slack-jawed and babbling incoherently, while the Princess took a nice, long and calm sip of her hot cocoa…
