Twilight can finally see the true of Heaven's heart and feelings for her, and after everything they had been through, it's just a matter of time before she feel the same for Heaven. She accepted her feelings, both seal their love, and the Rainbooms were witness of that!!

Finally Heaven can kiss Twilight for real, after so long. :,)
