The second page, which I drew in October last year.

7) Shy — Fluttershy.
8) Crooked — Chrysalis. I tried a more geometric and abstract style with this and used aspects of her throne's design to try and make a sort of "badge" with her portrait.
9) Screech — Batponies go scree, apparently. So I drew Monev doing the cute batpony scree thing. I also started using white ink on this page and I think it worked especially well on this one.
10) Gigantic — Celestia towers over Twilight in her nightmare. Also, a Lesson Zero reference going on there.
11) Run — Exactly what Crespuscule is doing. Swarm of the Century reference.
12) Shattered — I interpreted this as "very upset", and I drew Snappy as such. I tried a different style here with the shading.
13) Teeming — Prequel to 11), possibly. Imagine walking into a cave full of parasprites.
