For the longest time Rarity's fainting couch had been retired due to Fluttershy's calming influence, and did a lot to balance the often over dramatic mare but getting transformed into a stallion? I would say that is as worthy time as any to bring it consciousness) the first priority after making sure everypony else was okay of course — despite the uncontrollable eye twitching was darting to the nearest available mirror.
Charitable's mane was shorter now (no wonder she passed out, it's her pride and joy after all) her cute small muzzle now larger and more pronounced, but still having the same kind eyes as always.

'I hope this is fixed soon' she/he thought to himself, can you imagine having to stitch a whole new wardrobe to fit that broader stallion frame, there would be no sleep for weeks and that's without with figuring out what would even look good on those flanks now. And what of the animal charity auctions, and all the eyes that would be on him, the giggles and gossip were almost audible even in Charitable's imagination. Sure she wanted to be noticed, but not like this.

Even despite all the inner turmoil the mare turned stallion looked at Tommy(Tammy), eyes welling from the accident he had caused and could't even conjour up an ounce of anger, just the overwhelming desire to comfort and hug him and reassure him that everything would be ok.
