The field of medicinal cures for magical ailments is in its infancy, surprising seeing how one third of the population is a unicorn and that spells and enchanted items are so casually used in everyday life. There are cures for most magics but the majority are aboriginal in origin and mostly reside within the shaman and zebra tribes and are often hard to translate into ponish, to a point where they could be taught and utilised in medical schools.
Instant Care has quite the job on her hooves then it is down to her to ensure the well being of all ponies that have fallen victim to a certain little alicorns accidental gender swap spell. Nurses and Doctors are taught to expect the unexpected, to learn and adapt to new diseases and complications that may arise but this is a whole 'nother ballgame.
She knows in her heart that her efforts will mostly be in vain, and the cure most likely lies within an alicorns reverse spell but she will play her part to ensure that the newly created gender swaps are at least healthy and not suffering from any post trauma stresses or heart palpitations. That and she can fix up any minor injuries that would most likely be caused by the transformed stallions overestimating their newfound masculine strength and lifting things far beyond their capabilities. That or the lack of mastery in flight with that extra bulk which comes with the switch, no matter how much of a seasoned flyer they are. And the new mares of course bring their own problems with the majority of them not used to having emotions this far in the forefront of their being, often used to brushing them aside, which is proving pretty hard for them to do now, especially given the situation as well.
