RT respects Queen Fresh Care with every ounce of her being. Highly skilled in every facet of her work, from running Ponyville to being incredibly well versed in dentistry and farming. However even royalty cannot resist the smell of a freshly baked muffin, especially when Derpy Hooves takes the reigns in this girls mind. Rainbow often plays pranks on her like this one as she would with Clumsy Carrot before she fused with Dental Authority to become the adorable alicorn you see before you. Even with all Fresh care's accolades she is still a clumsy and gullible mare deep down, prone to accidents and mishaps and you can bet RT will take advantage of that any time she is able to :p (Lick) but don't worry its all in good fun and she will ensure Fresh Care will be compensated with sweet treats and many memories that her Minuette side cannot help but photograph for her memory scrapbook.
