Scarlet was a former agent of SMILE, before she was left for dead during a mission to retrieve a rare diamond gone wrong, resulting in her being captured and tortured (resulting in her losing her eyes in the process), along with swearing a vengeance towards the agency. Eventually she was able to escape her captors (not before killing them and stealing the diamond), and soon made herself known in the underground world, using her former spy skills to become an assassin for hire.

Eventually she soon started her own criminal empire, and becoming the head of multiple legitimate businesses, such as technology, real estate, and beauty products. While she comes across as a charming and classy mare in public (and even in private towards her underlings and her enemies), she can still be quite brutal and manipulative. Speaks with a Russian accent.

Because of her prior spy knowledge, she is skilled in both mind and body. She is very smart and can understand multiple languages, and holds a lo of information and is skilled with technology. She also makes sure she is at peak condition, as she is very athletic and knows several fighting styles. She has also modified the diamond she stole into a false eye, which she covers with her eyepatch.

She is aided by the help of her spy suit, which has been modified to help give her wings, along with increasing her speed and strength, as well as providing handy gadgets and being made of bullet and magic proof materials. She also has her own custom lipsticks too, with the capsule containing a small laser to cut through things, along with the lipstick itself having a special chemical in it that can deliver a paralysing or lethal poison to anyone she kisses.
