Original Description:

There is this "90's" fluttershy thing going on and I though it was cute, although I don't see it as 90's, as the clothing reminds me more of school uniforms from the 2000s to early 2010s. The cap was just if someone dared to wear one and not get in trouble. Then again I am a filthy zoomer who grew up with mid to late 2000s stuff.

Like I said in my user profile description, I no longer upload my art directly here, if you follow my artist tag here I suggest moving over to ponybooru, as that's where I upload my newer stuff since early July, still will do so on my socials as well.
