queen chrysalis sent her most humble daughter, too infiltrate the castle of princess Luna and celesta. using her shape-shifting powers chrysanthemum pretends to be one of the maids (though the real maid was cocooned and moved away). she found her way to celestias room and hide in the rafters. it was not long till Celestia enters the room.

in Luna's room she and Tailwind are playing some games, tailwind told Luna if she would like something to eat before heading to the kitchens. as he walked to the kitchens, he saw princess celestias' bedroom door was left open, he was about to knock to check to say if she like something to eat, but stopped to hear Celestia's muffled cries. he peeked to see a very large changeling devouring princess celestia, she has reached too the hooves. He quickly blotted to Luna's room to warn her.

Luna was spooked as her ran into the room and closed the doors, he told Luna on what he saw and pulled her to a secret passage behind Luna's wardrobe (as he was informed of this if things got dangerous), Luna tried to get him to expanded his actions. she stopped till the faint sound of her bedroom door is open, using a one way peephole they see the intruder looking around the room. Luna saw the fate of her sister inside the large changeling creature. thrashing about as the acids started their job. Luna and Tailwind quietly ran in the narrow corridor to an hidden exit outside the cities boundaries.

Luna was upset that her sister was been "assassinated" by a monstrous changeling, she asked tailwind to go to Ponyville to get twilight and her friends. Tailwind said 'no' because he thinks theirs a chance that queen chrysalis will be there. but he knows a backup plan that he knows of.

back at the castle in the throne room chrysanthemum sat on celesta's throne, watching her "meal" to die inside her. "after this she said your sister, twilight and her friends will be joining you or be apart of me forever" she smiles as Celestia screams in her acid filled sac.
