This originally was going to be an animated pixel icon but after finishing the sketch and doing the pixel line-art on a 50 by 50 pixels canvas, I much preferred the sketch and did some quick, easier style line-art. <333
With this piece, I was greatly inspired by many, many other animated head-shot gifs I've seen over Deviant-art and I really wanted to give it a try. ;;; Going for a much simple art-style; a mix of my own and the shows, I wanted to draw Princess Luna. <33333
This was honestly so, so fun to do with experimenting with bright, colourful colours and lighting.
It's quite a simple design of shading but I feel it makes the drawing look appealing and it was so very relaxing doing something different and less extreme then shading or lining a full-body. ;;
And personally, the popsicle I just added because I wanted Luna to have a blue tongue. ;<;;
