But that wasn't all, he had mutagen running through his veins and the worst of it all, Leo was gone and replaced by a mutant tyrant, Maximus Kong. When he's Maximus, his eyes glow green, which is what's going on here. And he stays like this for several years until Raph gets through him somehow.
