Tossing up a quick note here in case anyone missed it during the various update notices. If you’re planning on reading Empathy for the Devil and you haven’t already read @marvelandponder ‘s The Exes Club, you can find it here: https://www.fimfiction.net/story/449955/the-exes-club

It might not be strictly necessary to get what’s going on in Empathy, but this is the story it spun out of and it does set up a few things that are present going forward. If you’re good at rolling with stuff and you don’t feel the need to read it, we sure won’t force you. But it’s a really nice story and it does set up quite a few things that Empathy runs with and builds on, particularly in the case of several relationships, character backstory, and worldbuilding stuff.
