It's been two years to the day since My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic ended. It was something truly special, the like of which may never be seen again. I didn't plan this painting for the occasion, as a matter of fact I was commissioned for it, but given the timing of its completion it felt appropriate to wait until today to post it. This lovely piece threw many more challenges at me and took at least eight times longer than any simple screenshot interpretation should have. It was also an absolute joy to work on. For now it will serve as a belated farewell tribute to these magical little ponies and their spellbinding story.
