Description:

One of the drawings from my most recent Picarto streams. Theme that evening was the zodiac animals of the Lunar New Year. Well the goat is one those animals, and I've never drawn a picture of Grogar/Discord in disguise from Friendship is Magic. So I decided to fix that fact. Here he is with his much coveted magical bell.
