Description:
One of the drawings I started during last night's Picarto stream. It was my 7th anniversary stream with the theme was mermaids in celebration of MerMay. I decided to draw Chrysalis as one of those deep sea gulper or angler fish.
Normally I draw Chrysalis and changelings with a flexible, segmented, scaled skin. However the deep sea fish I was trying to mimic have a more leathery skin cover to them. So I dispense with more almost reptilian skin for this piece.
