Recently on the Tell Your Tale shorts, Sunny dressed up as Nightmare Moon for the holiday. And I got super inspired to draw it, with my own twist! Is it a costume or transformation? I'll let you decide!

What did everyone think of Make Your Mark-Chapter 2? Overall, I found it very….alright. The writing can be lacking in comparison to FIM. It doesn't have much direction. No grand adventures to save Equestria, no stories that force the characters to change in a meaningful way. And the only overarching narrative is with Misty and Opaline- and I'm not sure what their end game is?

Don't get me wrong though, it's an incredibly cute and charming show I'm still enjoying! And am excited for Chapter 3, whenever that comes out. I do hope they write more soul into the show. I appreciated the friendship lessons in every FIM episode. It was a simple but strong foundation I hope they can bring back some how.

I do like that we get more slice of life writing in MYM though! Overtime FIM veered away from those, even though they were often some of the best stories! In order my favorite episodes were "The Traditional Unicorn Sleepover," "Portrait of a Princess," and "Ali-Conned."

Uggghhh I don't care for Sparky Sparkaroni. Poor guy is written to be annoying, and he deserves better!
