Welp… I tried. I always thought Celestia's mane are actually just really fine thin hair, kind of like how Andy Price draws them in his comic.
I'm pushing myself to add more details and "clean up" my brushstrokes, but the more I go on, the more those final details doesn't seem to fit. They don't seem to harmonize with each other. My rendering needs a lot of work.

[Edit] Okay, so I'm told they looked like tennis ball. Lol! Totally not what I have in mind because they were supposed to be the stones of the elements. I think I will take them out and make it less distracting.
