It's Princess Luna in a stocking cap. That's about it really.
I set myself a little challenge. From a blank piece of paper to this in one day. I'm trying to become a bit faster with my drawing, and this is an improvement in speed at least. Did have to sacrifice a bit of quality for it, though. But that's the usual tradeoff.
I used Luna's wink in Luna Eclipsed as a reference, in case it looks familiar.
