Bird's Eye View
Well, this is an old one. It was done as a test of a new brand of watercolor paper, which has since become my go-to paper for painting due to its versatility and water-friendliness. So here you have Rainbow Dash soaring above the clouds, free as a bird and not a care in the world. I guess she hasn't found out that winter is coming. Painted with watercolor on Strathmore 140 lb. 9x12 watercolor paper. Finished on: 3/7/14.
