MLP: Jackie Lantern

A Halloween themed pony I came up with. Jackie Lantern. She’s inspired by a Dullahan, or “headless horseman” though shes not hostile like them . Just a shy spirit that pops up around October. Sometimes you can find her near pumpkin patches..
