Here is a pic with Tempest Shadow and Twilight Sparkle, showing a bad ending to the movie.
In this, Twilight was unable to get through to Tempest about how important friendship is, and after they failed to stop the Strom King, Twilight's world view has been broken. Now seeing that Tempest was right, Twilight now understands that friendship has failed her, and now works as the lackey for Tempest, as she watches her and the Storm King take over Equestria…
