Mysterious background Manehattan alicorn. Seems to be Neon Lights model with pegasus wings added. Happens on s04e08 around 2m33s.
EDIT: I uploaded this because some people in a forum were having difficulty finding the exact scene, and the other images I had found here didn't show where, exactly, alicorn Neon Lights had appeared.
